For the past seven years, Alex’s responsibilities have included day to day maintenance operations at the corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities include: the purchase of supplies and equipment, establishing service and maintenance contracts for telecommunications, HVAC, security operations, janitorial services and landscaping.

He is also in charge of the leasing and rental properties in regards to the tenant interviewing and selection process and to ensure that the properties are properly maintained.
