Purchased in 2001 by Owl Companies, CSD has proven to be a leader in the Job Corps Center management field.

GPC is a worldwide emergency response program that was contracted for the United States Navy in 1989. Through leadership and steady reserve, the Navy has been able to count on GPC for accurate emergency response and continued reliability for many years of stellar service.
